Managing these pages means that these services will handle the personal data collected through the pages, including Usage Data.

ActiveCampaign (ActiveCampaign, LLC)
ActiveCampaign is an email address management and message sending service provided by ActiveCampaign, LLC.

Personal Data collected: email address.

Place of processing: US – Privacy Policy.

This type of service helps with building and managing landing and invitation pages, i.e., pages for presenting a product or service, where you may add your contact information such as an email address.
Managing these pages means that these services will handle the personal data collected through the pages, including Usage Data.

Leadpages (Avenue 81, Inc.)
Leadpages is a landing page management service provided by Avenue 81, Inc., that allows this Application to collect the email addresses of users interested in its service.

Leadpages allows the Owner to track and analyze the User response concerning web traffic or behavior regarding changes to the structure, text or any other component of the created landing pages.

Personal Data collected: email address; Usage Data; various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.

Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BrandFace, our parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of our respective officers, directors, agents, partners and employees (individually and collectively, the “BrandFace Parties”) from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, expenses or costs (“Claims“) arising out of or related to (a) your access to or use of our Services; (b) your marketing content or feedback; (c) your violation of these terms; (d) your violation, misappropriation or infringement of any rights of another (including intellectual property rights or privacy rights) or (e) your conduct in connection with our services. You agree to promptly notify BrandFace Parties of any third party claims, cooperate with BrandFace Parties in defending such Claims and pay all fees, costs and expenses associated with defending such Claims (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees). You also agree that BrandFace Parties will have control of the defense or settlement of any third party Claims. This indemnity is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other indemnities set forth in a written agreement between you and BrandFace or the other BrandFace Parties.

Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to access or use our services. We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use our services.
